Designed as a party-sized prepared mix that is packed with tastes associated with Christmas time, which makes it perfect for your holiday party. Any leftover cordial you can use for morning drinks, desserts, or for another batch of this cocktail.

Ingredients for the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml recently pressed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
Ingredients for the Premix (yields 850ml, serving 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml classic gin
150ml peach liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
Whole cranberries, as a garnish
Mandarin essential oil, for finishing
Instructions
For the Syrup: Combine every items in a pot, heat until it reaches a light boil, mixing until the sugar dissolves. Then, remove from the burner and leave to cool down completely. Pour into an sterilised bottle, close it and store in the fridge, where it will keep for up to a month.
To make Cocktail Base: Pour every spirits and syrup in a sizeable container, leave to sit for an hour, then filter it preferably using a fine cloth, to ensure it's fully clarified.
When ready to serve: Measure 85ml of the batch mix to a stirring glass containing ice, gently stirring carefully for a minute to chill. Filter into an frosted cocktail glass or similar, garnish with some cranberries and finish using a light spray of the essential oil above the glass.
